Greetings, Exhibitors! I want to update you regarding your event and requests. We have had an overwhelming amount of requests for our show this year. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant every request. We are also have difficulties in authorizing personal requests for specific collections.
Scroll down past the calendar to get to our inventory lists so that you can see what is in each collection ahead of time. The calendar will be your resource to contact the person sending you your collection(s), as well as your resource on there you will be shipping your collections and to be aware by what date they will need a trunk (or trunks) to arrive. Keep in mind that the calendar changes frequently, and you should always double-check the timing and ship-to information just before you ship trunks to the next venue(s).
Very important!: Remember to email me (
) tracking numbers and to mark the outside of your collection box with the detail of which collection it contains (Example: QC-E). If you can preserve the cardboard wrapping that helps protect the trunk, all the better!
